The Fish Creole

I was trying to make a good dish on Sunday evenining. I had bowtie with spicy mushroom sauce, a steamed brocoli and carrots, and the main dish is ---> FISH CREOLE. I got this recipe from one of the cooking website and decided to 'realize' the recipe. Sometimes it is good not to have picture in online recipe. It leaves you room for imagination. The turnout of the dish is like this:

Honestly i am quite satisfied with the appearance, it is quite presentable, and it looks very much local dish than a spicy Italian fish dish. Anyhow, I think I scored for presentation. And i think presentation ONLY. Up to my disappointment, as well as WO's, this dish turned to be too salty! We did really have a bite on this nice presentable dish because for every little bite, we felt we are swallowed 1 teaspoon full rough salt! At the end, we can't take it, but dustbin take all the fish in.

I belive in trial and errors, yet WO felt so scared to try on my dishes anymore. We were on diet that night because our main dish ended up a failure in our dinner. Although felt a bit lost and phobia to deal with Pollack anymore, but i still hopeful that i can make good main dish in coming days..... there is nothing wrong to be trials and errors, the value is in the process.... right?
