The thought about 'cooking' keep boggling my mind recently. It has been weeks that i keep thinking and try to remember those dishes that i had made during the old college times. Forgotten. A whole bunch of them. Then i started to dig into my old boxes to find my own recipe note book. I found it,.... hahah.......I think from now on i should cook 1 or 2 times per week, just to satisfy the image of what a women should do at home, at least.
Last night right after gym, i was caught badly in rain. I suddenly craved for hot soup. A soup that chase away those cold and icy hand feel. While driving back home, the recipe is already cooking in my brain. Start to think what i have in my fridge and in my cabinets for a hot and nicey soup. Ha hA....... here is the recipe i thought of:
1 can of corn
2 celery stalks
2 eggs
1 tsp of salt
Heat the pot by pouring in the can of corn, add another half can of water (i used the same can to measure water, so i don't have to wash another cup :) ). Cut celery into small cubes, and put into the boiling corn soup. Let it boiled for another 10 minutes. Add 2 whisked eggs into the boiling soup, and let it boiled again. Add salt to taste when it ready.
Mmm.... yummy, this is simple, fast, easy, and healthy soup that satifies.
