It was a hectic day at work, running through the meetings and discussions. It looks like never a chance we can make our day more fulfill and satisfied. Yet, the plan is still in my mind - a birthday girl cooking show. Despite the news that struck me the night before - WO text me that we just ran out of gas! The plan is still on, regardless.... Ha Ha Ha

Here you go... Start with a freshy green salad. I have to say this is the best Green Salad that i ever made. There are cucumber - good for release heatiness in the body, Green Pepper - Good for digestive system, Butterhead lettuce - what else can say for a greenish fiber? On top is my favorite cherry tomatoes and shreded swiss cheese. Forget about dressing? No way i could leave my French Herb dressing behind, low carb and tasty sauce!
Main dish is kind of challenging because it takes the longest time to prepare. However, it is the most satisfying dishes on that night because of this achievement, it actually motivated me to go forward even more....take a look at this

It is spiral pasta with spicy mushroom sauce. I also added some smoked chicken sausages and button mushroom to add more flavoring, i have basil leaves and onions as well. I think it just taste good for a home-cooking dinner.
It was a fun and enjoyable birthday celebration for me, regardless i sweat so much in the kitchen :) Thanks so much for all the guests who came and actually given me much comments about the food. Definitely there are room for improvements!
